The CADR Journal of Dispute Resolution (CJDR) is the official publication of Centre for ADR, National Law University Delhi and is dedicated to recognize and foster academic research and scholarship in ADR methods.

The Quarterly Digest is intended to examine the latest developments in the field of arbitration and to serve as a practical resource guide for international and domestic practitioners, parties and the arbitrators.

Report on Draft Mediation Bill 2021

On 5th November 2021, the Centre prepared a Draft Bill on Mediation. A detailed report was prepared by CADR which included comments and suggestions and was sent to the Ministry of Law and Justice. The comments and suggestions have been accepted by the Parliamentary Standing Committee. The report can be accessed here

The World Bank Group formulated a new approach to assessing the business and investment climate in economies worldwide following the discontinuation of the Doing Business project. In furtherance of the same, it sought our comments on its new development, Business Enabling Environment (BEE). The Centre submitted a details report with comments and suggestions. The same have been incorporated by the WBG and can be accessed here.
